This specialized hardware brings location-test quality performance and contemporary titles straight into arcade cabinets and specialized home setups. It acts as the central base unit for the exA-Arcadia platform, bridging traditional arcade culture with current display technology.
This listing is for the standalone EXA motherboard unit, brand new. To run games, the system requires exA-Arcadia compatible ROM software, plus an I/O converter compatible with Sega, Capcom, or other cabinet standards, and a display. The board works with 31KHz CRT monitors as well as HDMI LCD displays up to 4K resolution; note that any connected monitor must run below a 60Hz refresh rate, since the system does not support 60Hz or higher.
