The package includes two CDs spanning her work for the series from 2015 to 2025. Disc one collects all six original theme songs: Shikisai (the game's launch theme), Gyakkou (Part 2 theme), Kuuhaku (from Fate/Grand Order Arcade), Yakudou (Part 2 later theme), Dokuhaku (from the Camelot film), and Tokei (the final chapter theme). Disc two gathers four arrangements: unplugged versions of Shikisai and Gyakkou, a newly recorded unplugged take on Yakudou, and a new self-cover of Toumei, a song Sakamoto originally wrote for Mamoru Miyano.
The bundled Blu-ray brings rare footage to home video for the first time. It features the full 2021 no-audience streaming concert Fate/Grand Order 6th Anniversary Special Live: Maaya Sakamoto Unplugged, held at Tokyo Opera City, with acoustic performances of Dokuhaku, Gyakkou, and Yakudou, plus the music video for Tokei.
