The blend of 70 percent wool and 30 percent cotton gives it real substance: warm, heavy, and built for cold weather.
Note the unique sizing and condition on this pre-owned piece. It was tried on only, then run through a wash and dry cycle meant to shrink it slightly; instead it shrank more than expected, taking it from a tagged size 44 down to roughly a size 40 fit. Measurements come in at 46 cm shoulder width, 56 cm chest width, 66 cm length, and 60 cm sleeve length.
