Golden Sombrero Logo Cap Designed by Ryohei Kazumi Olive

Order via Japan Rabbit

Top off your daily wardrobe with the Golden Sombrero Logo Cap in olive. Designed by Tokyo artist Ryohei Kazumi (b. 1984), whose work spans painting, printmaking, zines, and the imaginary museum-shop project ENTERTAINMENT, this cap takes a classic six-panel baseball silhouette and elevates it with rich, craft-heavy embroidery on the front. The crown sits slightly shallow, cut from a crisp twill with just the right amount of body, and the rear buckle adjusts widely, fitting heads from 56.5 cm to 62 cm.

Golden Sombrero is a collaborative line between Decho, a small hat factory founded in 2003 in Kurashiki, Okayama, and Tacoma Fuji Records, a Tokyo label built around the concept of a "fictional record company" that turns imaginary music merch into real products. Decho sews everything in-house, right through to mass production, drawing on work, military, and vintage references to build caps that develop their own patina with wear. Tacoma Fuji Records supplies the artwork, rendered here in dense, textured embroidery. Together they call this their idea of a "new standard": nothing flashy, just built exactly as well as it needs to be.

This olive cap is brand new and unused. Its plain, understated shape puts the embroidery and stitching front and center, making it an easy addition to any casual outfit.
