The main body is built from MASTERTEX-09, master-piece's original high-performance fabric woven from CORDURA yarns and lightweight Hollofil Air hollow fibers, produced at factories certified to CORDURA's own quality standards. The reverse side is laminated with the breathable, waterproof L-VENT film in a three-layer structure bonded with tricot nylon, so the bag resists water without trapping heat.
Accent materials include oil-tanned, water-repellent velour leather on the front panel, paired with domestic steer leather treated with 3M Scotchgard for lasting resistance to moisture and stains; this protection holds up even after surface abrasion, according to 3M's own testing. The base and other high-stress points are reinforced with tough 1680d CORDURA Ballistic nylon, offering roughly five times the durability of standard nylon, backed by a strength-enhancing PVC coating.

Meeting CORDURA® brand standards, it offers excellent abrasion, tear, and wear resistance. The reverse side is PU-coated and laminated with breathable waterproof L-VENT® film in a three-layer construction with tricot nylon for enhanced water resistance.
The front uses water-repellent, oil-tanned velour leather with a soft nap and warm texture. Other leather sections use Japanese steer leather treated with 3M waterproofing agents during tanning and finishing, and tested for SCOTCHGARD® water and stain resistance even after surface abrasion.
