Hakodate Misuzu Coffee Collaboration Original Coffee Oju Chosan
Meet a rare crossover between Japanese coffee culture and horse racing: the Hakodate Misuzu Coffee x Oju Chosan original blend. Hakodate Misuzu Coffee, founded in 1932, is Hokkaido's oldest coffee roaster, and this collaboration blend is a one-off, made exclusively for this release and not sold through regular channels.
The blend is built around a "Royal Dignity Taste" concept, designed to echo the character of Oju Chosan, the racehorse once hailed as an absolute champion. Body, acidity, and aroma are balanced in near-equal measure, giving the coffee an elegant, noble flavor that holds up whether served hot or iced.
Each bag holds 200g of coffee made from beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and other origins. You can choose whole beans or have them ground to medium grind. Manufactured by Misuzu Shoji Co., Ltd., with a shelf life of three months from the roasting date.
