Ibanez Prestige AZ2402-GRM Electric Guitar Outlet Special Price
The Ibanez Prestige AZ2402-GRM brings modern versatility and timeless feel into one precision instrument. The AZ series represents a new standard from Ibanez, built for versatile modern musicians who need to move seamlessly between genres. Made in Japan, this guitar balances vintage warmth with forward-thinking performance features.
Underneath the finish is an alder body paired with an AZ Oval C neck and a 24-fret fretboard, both crafted from S-TECH WOOD roasted maple. This specially heat-treated wood was developed in Miyagi Prefecture and is patented in Japan for its resistance to warping, moisture, and temperature change; here it's given an oil finish that feels like a neck already broken in. Smooth playability is guaranteed thanks to jumbo stainless steel frets with the Prestige fret edge treatment, a 305mm fretboard radius, and a 25.5" scale length.
Dual Seymour Duncan Hyperion humbuckers, designed exclusively for the AZ series with Alnico-5 magnets, work alongside the dyna-MIX 10 switching system and Alter switch to move between full humbucker output and a Power Tap mode. The result is a clearer, tighter single-coil-style tone with more low-end presence than a standard tap, giving players a wide range of sounds from one instrument. A Gotoh T1802 tremolo bridge with titanium saddles and a steel inertia block rounds out the build, offering fast note attack, a 10.5mm narrow string spacing for easy string-skipping, snap-in arm compatibility, and a stud-lock mechanism for tuning stability. A bone nut and chrome hardware complete the specs.
This is a used guitar sold at outlet special pricing. As a display/trial model, it may show minor marks or wear from in-store handling, but it ships only after adjustment and a final quality check.
