Kinka B-4 Japanese-Made Red Square Diatomaceous Earth Charcoal Barbecue Grill for 4 People
Fire up authentic Japanese charcoal cooking with the bright red Kinka B-4 rectangular tabletop grill. Crafted in Japan by Keyanushi Kogyo from natural diatomaceous earth, this grill retains heat exceptionally well, cooking meats and vegetables evenly from edge to edge. Traditional Japanese charcoal grills like this one are prized worldwide for the rich, smoky flavor they bring to both family cookouts and commercial kitchens.
This brand new unit measures 38 cm wide, 22 cm deep, and 17.5 cm high, and weighs 5.8 kg. The interior opens up to 31 cm wide and 15 cm deep, with a depth of 10 cm down to the grate, giving you a generous cooking surface built for three to four people. The set includes a 33.5 by 18 cm grill net, charcoal tongs, and two stainless steel inner plates measuring 13 by 13 cm each. Fuel it with wood charcoal, binchotan, sawdust charcoal, or charcoal briquettes.
Since this is a tabletop grill, always place a heat-resistant board underneath before use. Diatomaceous earth should never be washed with water: moisture damages the material and won't actually remove dirt. Simply brush off debris to keep your grill in great shape for years of delicious meals.
