NANA HOLIC VII gathers sixteen tracks spotlighting the vocals of Nana Takahashi, marking the seventh volume in SOUND HOLIC's ongoing compilation series. This brand new, unused CD pairs remastered fan favorites with rhythm game tracks and freshly recorded originals.
SOUND HOLIC is well known among fans of Japanese indie music, particularly for arrangements tied to the Touhou Project and contributions to rhythm game franchises like BEMANI. This volume celebrates Takahashi's work across games and guest appearances, including STARLIGHT JUNCTION from beatmania IIDX, Mushroom Night from pop'n music, VIRGIN BLOOD from Touhou Spell Bubble, and GENSOKYO Killer Market from Touhou LostWord. To mark the seventh release, the album also features a brand new collaboration track with DJ and trackmaker Ryu☆, known for his work across the BEMANI series.
The CD comes packaged with a Seven-Colored Alice jacket. Due to licensing terms, this physical edition is the only format that includes four specific tracks: the long version of Zanzou ni Tsunagareta Tsuioku no HIDEAWAY, STARLIGHT JUNCTION, 2 Keys, and Mushroom Night, none of which appear on the digital download release.
