OrthoGnomes Second Edition 3D Connect Four Puzzle Board Game with Kickstarter Extras

Order via Japan Rabbit

OrthoGnomes is an intense spatial puzzle board game designed for one or two players aged eight and up. Inspired by an ancient myth of the Fire God and the Ice God battling to decide the world's weather, each match represents a clash between summer heat and winter cold. This updated second edition made its debut at Game Market 2024 Autumn after reaching 562 percent of its funding goal on Kickstarter.

The gameplay elevates classic line-building puzzles into a dynamic, three-dimensional contest. Players rotate a central turntable and place pieces to align four of their color vertically, horizontally, or diagonally across five viewing directions: north, south, east, west, and top. Because a single placement changes five perspectives at once, matches are deeply strategic yet fast, often resolving in just six moves, within about fifteen minutes.

This set comes complete with bonus stretch goal contents from the Kickstarter campaign. Inside the box, you will find twelve wooden blocks, two wooden meeples, a turntable, a score board, a box insert, a dedicated drawstring bag for solo mode, and an instruction manual printed in six languages: English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, and Chinese.
