Measuring approximately 77mm wide by 195mm high, the light-emitting section and handle are crafted from ABS resin. It runs on LED lights powered by three AAA batteries and is made in China. This item is brand new. Test batteries are included, but they may not light up right away; swap in fresh batteries before use.
