Each swatch is a thick tuft of fiber, closer to a real wig's color payoff than a thin strand would be, and every piece detaches from the bundle so you can line shades up side by side for comparison. Keep in mind that a full wig uses more hair than a single swatch, so the finished color will look a bit deeper and richer than the sample suggests. Since the fibers are blended from a few different tones, that mix can also look slightly more pronounced on the swatch than it does once it is wig thickness. Slight variation in hair volume or length between swatches is normal.
