Having spent years stored safely in its case, this set is in remarkable shape for a piece over 25 years old. The topsheet keeps a deep gloss with almost no noticeable scratches, though the metal edges show light surface rust from age. The burgundy board case has some minor fading and small scuffs, but no tears, and the zipper (stamped with Burton's mountain logo) still opens and closes smoothly.
