Sailor Moon Exhibition Rhinestone Wide Bath Towel Set of 3, New Unopened

Order via Japan Rabbit

A rare collector's find: this set of three wide bath towels was sold exclusively at the Sailor Moon Exhibition held at Roppongi Hills, and sold out almost immediately at the time. Each towel is made from 100% polyester and features original illustrations by creator Naoko Takeuchi, finished with delicate rhinestone accents for a touch of sparkle.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon remains one of the most beloved anime and manga franchises in the world, and exhibition-exclusive merchandise like this holds a special place among fans for its faithful reproduction of Takeuchi's artwork. These towels are notably larger than the versions later released through the fan club, giving Takeuchi's illustrations even more presence. The previous owner even used one as a wall tapestry, hung by clips, to enjoy the artwork at full size.

All three towels are brand new, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging, though the listing is being sold secondhand. Their size and quality make them just as suited to everyday use: hang one on the wall, drape one over the sofa, or take one along to the beach or pool for a set that's sure to turn heads.

Complete, unopened sets from the original Roppongi Hills exhibition are increasingly hard to come by, making this trio a standout pickup for any Sailor Moon collector.
