Super Famicom (SFC) Early Model Console Only, Some Capacitors Replaced

Released by Nintendo in Japan, the Super Famicom defined the 16-bit era with iconic sound, vivid colors, and unforgettable video game adventures. It remains one of the most beloved systems for collectors and retro enthusiasts worldwide.
This unit has received internal maintenance to help preserve its functionality. Main board and audio unit capacitors were replaced using Suncon and Toshin Kogyo components, while board corrosion was cleaned and sealed. The shell was washed and cleared of major dust. The system was tested post-maintenance with Kirby Super Deluxe, passing stress checks, a one-hour idle test, and active gameplay. Audio and video output via composite AV and S-Video cables work as intended, alongside the cartridge slot and both controller ports.
As a pre-owned item, the console shows noticeable signs of age. The outer shell has heavy overall yellowing, discoloration, scratches, and wear, and the circuit board contains repair marks. RF output, RGB output, and the Satellaview expansion port have not been tested. This sale includes the console body only. It will ship securely packaged in a compact box to reach your gaming setup safely.
Early-model Super Famicom console, console only. Capacitors on the main board and audio unit have been replaced, excluding the RF output circuit, using Sun Electronics and TOSHIN KOGYO capacitors. Corroded areas of the circuit board were removed and protected; the exterior was cleaned and major dust removed.
Tested with Kirby Super Star: powers on, reads cartridges, outputs video and audio through composite AV and S-Video, and supports Controllers 1 and 2. The console was also shaken 30 times to check for loose parts, left at the title/demo screen for one hour, and played through one stage.
The console is heavily yellowed overall. It also has scratches, dirt, sun discoloration, and circuit board repair marks. RF output, Satellaview connector, and RGB output have not been tested. No contact cleaner has been applied, and no modifications have been performed.
