Suzuki Jimny drivers love taking their compact off-roaders into rugged winter terrain, but top-tier trims like the JB64W XC, JB74W JC, and JC74W FC come standard with LED headlights, and halogens aren't even offered as a factory option. LEDs look sharp, but they don't generate enough heat to melt snow and ice off the lenses, and that's a real problem when visibility already suffers in rain and snow.
Simply swapping in the halogen headlights used on lower trims sounds like an easy fix, but it isn't. The wiring, circuits, and control modules differ enough between grades that a plain swap can trigger auto-leveler malfunctions, auto-light and high-beam assist errors, multiple warning lights, a dead high-beam indicator, abnormal heat from the H4 bulb's Lo/Hi beams firing together, overloaded wiring, and even blown fuses. This custom conversion harness was built specifically to solve that, giving Jimny owners a safe way to run halogen warmth through the winter months.
Designed from the manufacturer's own circuit diagrams and verified on real vehicles, this brand new harness translates the LED-spec wiring into the correct signals for genuine H4 halogen headlights pulled from the XL, XG, and JL trims. The built-in control units keep your auto-lights, auto-levelers, BCM, and CAN communication working exactly as they should, with no error codes and no dashboard warnings. Every wire is shielded in corrugated tubing and PVC for extra heat resistance and long-term durability.
Installation is genuinely plug and play. No cutting, no splicing, just connect the harness between the factory vehicle plugs and the halogen light connectors. Since your original wiring stays completely untouched, swapping back and forth between halogen for winter and LED for summer is just as easy.
