Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S ABS Air Intake Pipe Red

Order via Japan Rabbit

Give your Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S a functional upgrade straight from Japan's grassroots circuit scene. The Swift Sport is famous worldwide as a lightweight, punchy hot hatch, and managing intake temperature (not just intake volume) is key to keeping that power consistent on track. This red, 3D-printed ABS air intake duct is built to pull cool outside air in through the shroud opening while shielding the engine from the hot air trapped in the engine bay.

This updated version improves on the previous model with a streamlined internal shape for better airflow and optimized clearance. It was put through free practice, qualifying, and a six-lap final race at Central Circuit in roughly 30 degree Celsius conditions, with no issues in heat resistance or structural strength. The connection between the duct body and the factory hose is threaded, allowing it to rotate; this is designed with individual differences in engine and transmission mount wear in mind, and rotation is thought to help absorb engine sway and vibration.

This is a used item with no warranty included. Since each unit is 3D printed, surface finish and small details vary piece to piece, so the listing photos show a sample unit rather than the exact item. When installing, adjust the angle so the factory hose doesn't twist, tighten the M6 hardware to around 5 N·m, and check it periodically afterward.

Details

Red ABS air intake duct for the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S, made with a 3D printer. The revised design features a streamlined internal shape for improved intake efficiency and optimized clearance.

Designed to reduce intake air temperature rather than increase intake volume, with an opening sized to help prevent drawing hot air from the engine bay while efficiently taking in outside air from the shroud opening. Heat resistance and strength were tested during circuit driving at approximately 30°C ambient temperature, including practice, qualifying, and a six-lap race at Central Circuit.

The connection to the factory hose uses a threaded design, allowing rotation to help absorb engine movement and vibration. Adjust the angle during installation to prevent twisting the factory hose. Tighten M6 hardware to approximately 5 N·m and inspect periodically. Surface finish and other details may vary between units.
