Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S Engine Heat Shield Plate
Keep engine bay temperatures in check and protect your air intake with this heat shield plate built for the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S. Known for its lightweight, turbocharged fun, the ZC33S rewards drivers who keep heat management in mind, and this plate helps by blocking radiant exhaust heat as well as hot air blown off by the radiator fan, keeping it away from your air cleaner box.
The plate's side bends are engineered to redirect that heat away from the intake, and it's sized to avoid contact with the engine even as it shifts under load. It mounts directly to the factory air cleaner box attachment points, so it works just as well with a stock setup as it does with an aftermarket open air filter. A thread-locking compound is recommended at installation to keep the mounting bolts from working loose under normal engine vibration.
This item is used and handmade, with each piece finished individually, so minor processing marks, scratches, or small variations may be present. Note that the sticker shown in the sample image is not included, leaving you a clean surface to add your own decal.
Engine heat shield plate for the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S. Designed to block heat from the exhaust side of the engine bay, preventing radiator and radiator fan exhaust heat from reaching the air cleaner box while driving. Bent construction directs heat toward the side.
Installs by sandwiching the plate at the factory air cleaner box mounting point. It is also effective with exposed aftermarket air cleaners, mounting with bolts at the factory air cleaner box mounting point on the tappet cover. Sized to avoid contact even when the engine moves.
Thread-locking compound is recommended to prevent bolts from loosening due to engine vibration. Stickers shown in product images are not included.
