Cosmic superhero action fills this multi-disc set of The Marvels, released in 4K UHD, 3D Blu-ray, and 2D Blu-ray formats, each disc carrying two layers of picture and sound. Captain Marvel returns to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but this time she isn't fighting alone. When a mysterious phenomenon links her powers with those of Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel), the unlikely trio must team up to stop a vengeful enemy bent on destroying Earth and everything Carol has sworn to protect.
Nia DaCosta directs a cast led by Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Zawe Ashton, Park Seo-jun, and Samuel L. Jackson. The Japanese release adds subtitle translations by Mego Sato, along with a Japanese dub featuring Nana Mizuki, Tomoshi Muranaka, Miri Matsuoka, Hailey Satake, Takuya Eguchi, and Naoto Takenaka.
Both the 2D Blu-ray and 4K UHD discs come packed with bonus material for fans to dig into: audio commentary from director Nia DaCosta and the visual effects team, a behind-the-scenes photography diary, an NG scene collection, and a set of deleted and unpublished scenes, including "Space Yoga" and "Kamala Request."
