Vintage National Hi-Top Racing Car Tin Toy with Box, Battery-Powered, Promotional Item, Flawed Condition

This tinplate racing car once rode the advertising wave for National Hi-Top dry batteries, a promotional giveaway from Matsushita Electric during Japan's Showa era. Its boxy lines and painted livery capture that mid-century toy design, with the battery branding worked right into the body of the car.

This is a used vintage item and comes with its original box, though it is listed with some defects or issues, so check the photos closely before buying. Corporate promotional toys like this one, tied to everyday products such as batteries, are a distinctive corner of Showa-era tin toy history.
