The WORKERS Lounge Jacket in Indigo Herringbone brings tailored style to the easy comfort of a classic coverall. It swaps the previous three-button front for two buttons and gives the lapel a slightly larger cut, so it layers effortlessly over T-shirts or sweatshirts with jeans, chinos, or military pants.

The fabric is 100% cotton at 10.5 ounces, woven with thick size 7 indigo-dyed warp threads against size 20 unbleached weft threads. Because the indigo warp is bold and heavy, the herringbone pattern starts out subtle, then grows clearer with wear and washing as a distinct patina develops. Natural corozo nut buttons and polyester spun thread finish the construction, and the jacket comes pre-washed (OW finish) for a comfortable fit right out of the box.

WORKERS is an Okayama-based menswear maker built around workwear, traditional American style, and military garments. Founder Takashi Tateno has an deep appreciation for vintage clothing; he studies original garments firsthand and visits the manufacturers and buildings behind them to dig into the history and materials that inform each new design. Since genuine indigo dye is used, some color transfer is possible, so take care when pairing this jacket with light-colored shirts underneath. Available in sizes 38, 40, and 42.
