It holds about 370 mL, enough for roughly 450 g of salt or 270 g of sugar, and measures about 68 x 95 x 155 mm. One label sticker is included (clear for white, gray, and clear versions; black for the black version). The gasket and leveling plate detach for easy washing, keeping the pot hygienic with everyday use.
The styrene resin case, along with the ABS resin lid, spoon, leveling plate, and button, are made in Japan; the silicone gasket is made in China.
