U.C.T.S. Wuthering Waves x MOONDROP Earphones with Case
Step into the universe of Solaris-3 with the U.C.T.S. open-ear wireless earphones, a collaboration between audio brand MOONDROP and the open-world action game Wuthering Waves. The rotating charging case, inspired by in-game design, is held steady by four internal magnets that add real resistance when it opens and closes, so it won't spin loose in a bag or pocket.
At the heart of the sound is a coaxial dual-driver system: a 13mm ultra-fiber wood dynamic driver for deep, punchy bass paired with a micro-ring planar magnetic tweeter that reaches up to 40kHz for airy, detailed highs. MOONDROP's dipole directional sound transmission technology cuts sound leakage by 97 percent at a distance of 15 centimeters, so your music stays yours even in quiet spaces.
The ear-cuff frame combines thermoplastic TPU with a shape-memory titanium alloy wire support, giving it a soft feel against the skin while keeping its shape and spring through repeated wear. Every contact surface is edgeless, so long listening sessions stay comfortable.
Under the hood, a built-in NPU chip runs AI noise cancellation that keeps calls clear even in noisy environments, while multipoint connectivity (enabled through the MOONDROP app) lets you switch seamlessly between two devices, like a phone and a tablet. A newly designed FPC antenna holds a stable connection up to roughly 40 meters in open spaces, and a one-tap toggle switches between a 55ms low-latency game mode and a high-fidelity music mode.
Battery life runs to about 9 hours from the earphones and 21.5 more from the case on a single charge (AAC connection), with a maximum of 50+120 hours across charging cycles. Codec support covers SBC, AAC, LC3, and LHDC-V, the last of which handles up to 24-bit/192kHz mastering-quality audio over Bluetooth 6.0. Tuning was refined using Denmark's B&K5128 head-and-torso simulator to build MOONDROP's new "VDSF for OWS" target, aimed at a spacious, natural soundstage. The MOONDROP app also unlocks second-generation user DSP tuning, so you can fine-tune, save, and share your own sound profiles with the community.
This collaboration set arrives new and includes an exclusive strap, two laser-engraved tickets (about 78 x 210mm), and two limited pin badges (about 65mm, hairline finish with a silver glitter base). Switchable male/female "Wanderer" voice guidance adds in-world flavor to everyday actions, from power-on ("Ready? Let's go.") to a completed pairing ("Resonance established.").
MOONDROP U.C.T.S. Wuthering Waves collaboration open-ear ear-cuff wireless earphones with a game-inspired rotating charging case. Released May 19, 2026.
The earphones use a coaxial dual-driver configuration with a 13 mm circular low-distortion dynamic driver featuring a super-fiber wood diaphragm and a micro ring planar magnetic tweeter. The large rear chamber, patented bass-enhancement algorithm, and VDSF FOR OWS tuning developed using a B&K 5128 head-and-torso simulator are designed for deep bass, detailed mids, and high-frequency reproduction beyond 40 kHz.
Supports Bluetooth 6.0, SBC, AAC, LC3, and LHDC-V codecs, including LHDC-V playback up to 24-bit/192 kHz. Compatible Bluetooth profiles are A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and HSP. LC3 supports low-latency, high-fidelity LE Audio transmission with compatible devices. A 55 ms low-latency game mode and high-quality music mode can be switched via touch controls.
An integrated NPU supports AI noise cancellation for clearer calls. Dipole directional sound transmission technology reduces sound leakage by 97% at a distance of 15 cm from the ear. The custom FPC antenna improves interference resistance and connection retention, with an open-area connection distance of up to approximately 40 m.
The thermoplastic TPU C-bridge is supported by shape-memory titanium alloy wire and uses optimized silicone for comfort and resilience. All ear-contact surfaces have an edgeless design. The rotating charging case uses four strong magnets to control hinge damping and help prevent unintended rotation and earphone drops.
Playback time is approximately 9 hours for the earphones and approximately 21.5 hours for the charging case when using AAC. Maximum battery life is stated as 50+120 hours. Earphone charging time is approximately 1.7 hours, and charging case charging time is approximately 2 hours. Water resistance, playback frequency range, and weight are not specified by the manufacturer.
Multipoint connection allows simultaneous pairing with two smartphones, or a smartphone and tablet, when enabled through the MOONDROP app, MOONDROPGLOBAL for iOS or MOONDROP for Android. The app supports touch-control customization, feature settings, multipoint settings, parametric DSP EQ adjustment, second-generation user-participation DSP tuning, and sharing or downloading tuning profiles.
Includes 1 collaboration-exclusive strap, 2 collaboration-exclusive laser tickets with water-ripple laser processing (approximately 78 x 210 mm), and 2 collaboration-exclusive pin badges with a hairline finish and silver glitter base (approximately 65 mm).
Collaboration voice guidance can be switched between male and female Rover voices in the MOONDROP app. Voice prompts include: Power on, “Are you ready? Let’s go.” Power off, “Taking a break? See you.” Pairing, “Detecting frequency.” Pairing complete, “Resonance complete.” Game mode, “Battle start!” Music mode, “Let’s enjoy the melody.” Low battery, “Tired? Let’s recharge.” Disconnected, “Resonance terminated.”
