Meet the BREED Bull Terrier 250g in Murakami Iyoboya Glow, a special custom color made for WR.KAYAKS. This is BREED's second original color born from a simple customer request: "Can you make a jig in this color?" It's a limited first-run piece with an eye-catching lens hologram finish.

The design pays homage to a winter specialty of Murakami City in Niigata Prefecture, where salmon has long been revered not as an ordinary fish but as iyoboya, the fish among fish. The jig recreates the look of the region's famous salt-cured salmon strips: one side glows like tender salmon flesh, while the reverse shimmers like silver skin, done in BREED's signature two-sided "omo-ura" style. Playful as the color is, it's built to perform, with glow and hologram effects that flash enticingly as the lure flutters through the water. Keep it out of direct sunlight during storage, since prolonged sun exposure can cause slight fading over time.

The Bull Terrier itself grew out of a different question: could a jig catch more red sea bream? Building on BREED's 2011 Terrier model, the Bull Terrier turns that lure's subtle micro-vibration into a stronger pulse, one that keeps working even in slow currents or on low-speed retrieves. Its symmetrical, rear-weighted body mimics the wobble of a weak, struggling baitfish, a shape that appeals even to stubborn sea bream holding tight to the bottom. That same symmetry also makes for a clean, regular action, so the lightest pecking bite comes through clearly. When a fish grabs it from behind without turning, that clarity gives you just enough warning to set the hook at the right moment.
