Christofle Paperweight Bookend Used

Order via Japan Rabbit

Introduce timeless French elegance into your living space with this set of two Christofle paperweight bookends. Designed by the acclaimed French designer Andrée Putman, these sculptural accents feature her signature asymmetrical ring motif, which she playfully described as a kind of wink added to the work. First launched in 2002, this collection quickly became a modern bestseller for Christofle, and its silver shine blends effortlessly with a wide range of interior styles.

This pair was originally purchased three years ago at the Christofle boutique in Aoyama, Tokyo, and makes a sophisticated addition to a desk, shelf, or side table. Use them to anchor a favorite set of books, or simply place them around room sprays and candles as artful accents.

This pre-owned set shows honest signs of age and use, including visible scratches and dirt from years of display. The pieces have been polished with Christofle silver polish prior to listing, but some wear from aging remains. Please note that this listing includes only the set of two bookends; any trays, candles, room sprays, or polishing fluids shown in reference images are not included.
