This Misono forged Gyuto brings refined Japanese culinary craftsmanship straight to your cutting board. The blade measures 240mm nominally (238mm actual) and is forged from high-grade Swedish steel, with a striking dragon engraving etched along its surface. A dense ebony handle and a sturdy bolster give the knife a comfortable, well-balanced grip suited to precise slicing.

Misono is based in Seki, a region of Japan renowned for centuries of fine cutlery production. Swedish steel is prized by chefs worldwide for its fine grain, easy maintenance, and long-lasting edge retention. The Gyuto shape is the standard multi-purpose chef's knife, equally capable with meat, fish, and vegetables.

This is a pre-owned piece that has been fully restored and re-sharpened, with the seller noting its edge now performs beyond new condition. It's ready to go straight to work in a serious kitchen.
