Order via Japan Rabbit

Nami no Oto TE to TE Junmai Ginjo Ginfubuki (Hi-ire) offers a refreshing taste experience crafted for every kind of drinker. Made with Shiga Prefecture Ginfubuki rice polished to 60 percent, this pasteurized Junmai Ginjo pairs a delightful fruity sweetness with a bright acidity that cuts through clean and smooth.

The TE to TE lineup comes from master brewer Mr. Nakai, who honed his skills during roughly four years of training at Akebono Shuzo in Fukushima Prefecture, the brewery behind the famous Tenmei brand. He created this series with a clear mission: crafting sake that brings joy to long-time enthusiasts and curious beginners alike.

The character of this bottle comes directly from its carefully selected ingredients. Ginfubuki is a specialized sake rice grown in Shiga Prefecture, born from the celebrated parent grains Yamada Nishiki and Tamasakae, giving the drink its rich yet easygoing profile. It's a wonderful addition to any collection for anyone looking to explore authentic Japanese craft sake.
