Iseya Distillery operates out of a restored 100 year old traditional Japanese house in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture. Founder Tatsuya Motonaga visited more than 70 distilleries across Europe, drawing on that experience to build a craft distillery dedicated to spirits that reflect local land and culture. Everything from small batch production to final bottling is done entirely by hand.
