Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin SKN-003 Gas Stove Kamado Rice Cooker Pot, 2-Cup Capacity, IH Not Compatible
This traditional hagama rice pot set marks a collaboration with the anime Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, whose harvest goddess heroine is known for her devotion to growing and cooking rice. That same spirit shows up right on the lid: the heavy stainless steel pressure cover is laser-etched with an image of Princess Sakuna happily biting into a rice ball, alongside the official series logo.
The pot itself is made by Urushiyama Metals in Niigata, Japan, a company with more than 70 years of experience crafting hagama. Each pot is individually cast from aluminum alloy, with molding, polishing, and assembly all handled in-house at their own factory. It's built for household gas ranges and portable cassette stoves, and it sits inside a specially designed kamado ring that wraps around the pot to trap heat and distribute it evenly for fluffier rice. Both the pot's interior and the outer ring are finished with a ceramic coating that resists scratches, sticking, and heat damage.
This brand-new, made-to-order set cooks up to two go of rice, with a water level line running the full 360 degrees around the interior so it's easy to check from any angle. The main pot measures 18.2 cm in diameter and 13.2 cm in height, topped with a natural wood lid knob, and the whole set weighs about 1220 grams with a full liquid capacity of 1.2 liters.

The aluminum alloy cast pot cooks up to 2 cups of rice. Its stainless steel weighted pressure lid helps produce fluffy rice, while the kamado base efficiently transfers heat to the pot. Ceramic coating on the pot interior and kamado exterior resists sticking, scratches, and heat. Water-level markings run around the full inner circumference for visibility from any angle.
The pressure lid is laser engraved with the Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin logo and an illustration of Sakuna eating an onigiri.
