Not microwave-, dishwasher-, open-flame-, or oven-safe. Hand-wash promptly with water or lukewarm water, wipe dry with a soft cloth, and allow to dry thoroughly. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or sunlight, boiling sterilization, and leaving strongly colored foods on the spoon for extended periods.
